Time, Talent and Technology (3T) – International competence sharing
In the Erasmus project, teachers and headmasters in Innokas Network collaborate with their counterparts in Denmark and the United Kingdom. Innokas Network teachers in the project come from Helsinki, Espoo, Kirkkonummi and Hankasalmi, accompanied by staff from the Faculty of Educational Science at the University of Helsinki.
The goal of the project in 2017-2018 is to share and further develop 21st century competence at the practitioner level through international collaboration. During the project teachers, headmasters and academics from the three participating countries visit schools in the other countries, familiarizing themselves with their educational systems. The visits offer an opportunity to reflect on the similarities and differences in 21st century schools from three viewpoints: Time, Talent and Technology.
