Join the EU Code Week events in September–October!

The Innokas Network, in collaboration with the Finnish National Agency for Education and Åbo Akademi’s Skolresurs, challenges teachers, schools, and educational institutions to get excited about programming and computational thinking! The popular, free remote lessons will continue again in the fall – offering inspiring and diverse lessons for students of all ages, from early childhood education to upper secondary level, in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

You can also organize your own coding event with your students and add your event to the CodeWeek.eu website. On the EU Code Week site, you’ll also find tips, materials, and courses for organizing events, as well as English-language social media channels maintained by the European Commission, where you can follow Code Week activities throughout the year.

Also check out the Programming in Education learning materials (in Finnish) produced as part of the EU Code Week project on this page, listen to the brand-new Innocast – Learn and Get Inspired podcast (in Finnish) here, and use the fun Code Adventure (in Finnish) found on this page together with your students.
