Mikä ihmeen Pelastus?

In Innokas Rescue competitive divisions 1-3, the robot must independently survive various challenges, and find the victim in danger as quickly as possible. The robot’s path follows a black line on a white background. Depending on the competitive division, the route has different levels of turns, obstacles, crossings, and interruptions, where points are awarded for passing them. The course ends in a green rescue area, where the robot must save the victim (a ½ liter soda can wrapped in foil). The robot that receives the most points is the winner. If two robots have the same number of points, the winner is determined by time.

Rescue 1

This division is the perfect first competitive event for a beginner to programming and building with LEGO bricks. The robot must survive the track turns, obstacles, and a tipping piece of track.

Challenges:

  1. Survive the challenges along the line to the line with red tape.
  2. Drive to the victim rescue area.
  3. Identify the victim with a sensor.
  4. Push the victim out of the victim rescue area.
  5. Return to the victim rescue area.

Rescue 2

In this division, the challenges and completing the track require a little more building and programming skills. Additional challenges are created by the hill, crossings, and corners with tighter angles.

Challenges:

  1. Survive the challenges along the line to the line with red tape.
  2. Drive to the victim rescue area.
  3. Identify the victim with a sensor.
  4. Grab a hold of the victim (a gripper is mandatory).
  5. Take the victim out of the victim rescue area.
  6. Return to the victim rescue area.

Rescue 3

In this division, an additional obstacle that must be bypassed and an interruption in the line pose additional challenges. Additionally, handling the victim requires advanced structural and programming solutions.

Challenges:

  1. Survive the challenges along the line to the line with red tape.
  2. Drive to the victim rescue area.
  3. Tunnista uhri sensorilla.
  4. Raise the victim in the air. (A gripper is mandatory).
