Innokas of the year 2022 is Marjo Harakka from Kuopio!
The selecting committee bases the decision as follows:
Marjo Harakka has been promoting maker culture in both her own school and the broader community. With her actions, she has shown how maker activities can be incorporated as a natural part of learning in primary and secondary school. In the Riistavesi school 7th graders study according to the technology-class model and Marjo leads one of these classes. Maker activities are not hidden but school projects and ideas are showcased on Instagram on the @riistaveden_tekno account.
Congratulations to Marjo and wishing for continued excitement in your work!
