Registration

Registration for tournaments is open from February 2, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and closes on February 27, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Register your team using this form: https://elomake.helsinki.fi/lomakkeet/138475/lomake.html

Download the Innokas tournament privacy notice here (in Finnish).

You will need the following information for registration:

  • The place of the regional tournament
  • The name of the school or club and location
  • The registrant’s contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Grade level
  • Event and the division being registered
  • Team name and team members

If you are registering multiple teams, please fill out the form again for each team and event. Please note that each individual team can participate in only one competition category.
The person who completes the form will receive an automatic confirmation email containing a summary of the registration details and a link to the photography consent form. The photography consent form must be completed for each participating child or youth before taking part in the regional tournaments.

After registration

Once registration is closed, all registered participants will receive a joint information message about the tournament. The regional tournament organizers will email all registered participants with a detailed program, schedule, and arrival instructions for the regional tournament (no later than one week before the event). Those who have registered for the Dance/theater, GameDev, and Invention events will receive instructions for submitting their competition entries at the beginning of March.

After the regional tournament

In XSumo and Rescue, teams are selected for the national tournament based on their performance in the regional tournament. In other events, selection is based on material sent to the team judges.

All those who have registered for the tournament are invited to watch the national finals, which will be held remotely on May 13. The link to participate in the event will be sent to those who have registered for the tournament by email about a week before the event.
