The contestants of the national tournament are selected from the regional tournaments held around Finland in March. The regional tournaments are one-day events. Each regional event is held according to regional resources.
Early childhood and preschool groups participate in the regional and national tournament remotely by presenting their entries without competing.

Registration
Registration for the tournaments begins February 1st, 2024 at 8 am and closes February 29th at midnight. Please note that each team can only participate in one type of event.
Registration to the tournaments in 2024 is closed.

You will need the following information for registration:
- The place of the regional tournament
- The name of the school or club and location
- The registrant’s contact information (name, email, phone number)
- Grade level
- Event and the division being registered
- Team name and team members
After registration
After registration, the coordinator or the regional tournament will email each registrant a more detailed program, schedule, and directions to the location, at the latest, two weeks before the event.
After the regional tournament
The national tournament contestants will be chosen in the regional tournaments that will be held in March in the Innokas network’s regional coordinating locations.
