The tournament consists of two stages: In the first stage in March, teams compete in regional tournaments. Teams participate in a national evaluation conducted by the head judges based on their performance in the regional tournament. In the second stage on May 13, teams participate in the national tournament event, which is the culmination of the tournament spring and where the tournament results are announced.

Registration for regional tournaments begins on February 2 at 8:00 a.m. and ends on February 27 at 11:59 p.m. For more information about regional tournaments and registration, please visit the Regional Tournaments and Registration page.

The tournaments will feature five Innokas events: XSumo, Rescue, Dance/Theater, GameDev, and the renewed Invention. For more detailed descriptions of the events, evaluation criteria, and rules, see the Innokas events page.
